Shoot 3 - Straight Images

For shoot 3, I had a studio style set up at home, where i set up a white background with bright lights over the glasses. I then got someone to drip food dye into the glasses of water and I recorded the passing of time through the use of the continuous shooting. I liked the outcomes and felt that different images presented the passing of time in slightly different ways. I like the fact that the three images below show a specific point in the period of time shown. I like the outcomes below and think they were successful and worked well. I also used photoshop to edit the below images, I cropped them to make the glass the centre focus and also edited the curves and levels to make the colours bolder and the white background brighter and more white. 

I then used Photoshop to edit and combine three images from the continuous shoot. I like the outcome and feel that the three images show three distinctive points in the time period of the diffusion of the food dye. I like the image and feel that it shows the passing of time clearly and effectively.

I liked the concept of the image above so I decided to create a gif using photoshop. I think that the gif looks very effective and clearly show the changes throughout the time period. I also like how the image is very bold due to the dark red colour as this helps to draw the audience's attention to the image and also makes the gif more striking and vibrant. I really like the idea of the gif as it clearly demonstrates the passing of time and shows the movement or changes which have taken place during a certain amount of time.
